Q: I have a problem with the physical product, what do I do?
A: Please use the contact form to let us know what the problem is. Depending on the problem we may ask you for a photo to help us understand the problem.
Q: I have a question about how the software works. How do I find the answer?
A: Start by checking out the videos on the Setup Page as they cover most of what you will need to know to get going. To see a longer overview of the features you can watch our how-to video from GenCon. We will be creating more videos and specific pages to help for certain games or types of games in the near future. For now the best way to get help quickly is to ask a question on our discord. (https://discord.gg/q9Dk9As).
Q: I have an idea for a feature, how do I submit that?
A: We have a public Trello board which shows the notable features that are either in progress or slated for future development. If you see a feature you like, you can vote on it (requires free Trello account). If you don’t see a feature there, you can jump on the feature-requests channel in our discord.
Q: I logged in at play.vorpalboard.com and I don’t see the “New Room” button, what do I do?
A: If you haven’t already done so, sign up for a subscription in our shop. After you do that, you may need to log out and log back it so the app can pick up your new subscription status.
Q: Can I use my pc camera to stream the board?
A: Currently you can only use an Android or iOS device to stream the board. The arm that comes with our Board Game and RPG packages make it easy to mount a smart phone for this purpose. A feature request has been added to our Trello to allow for streaming via a PC camera in the future.
Q: How do I upgrade or extend my Vorpal Board subscription?
A: If you would like to upgrade your subscription from monthly to annual or extend an existing annual subscription, you can follow these step by step instructions.
